Email policy

How I use email, and what I will never do with it.

Built by Abrar is one person, Abrarul Hoque. Every email that carries the domains builtbyabrar.com or handledbyabrar.com is sent by me, from my own Google Workspace account, to one person at a time.

What I send

• Short, individually written introductions to owners of online stores whose public business contact address I found and checked myself, about a specific technical issue I observed on their store.
• Replies to people who contacted me, and messages to current clients about their projects.

What I never do

• No bulk or mass mailings, no newsletters, no automated marketing sequences to people who did not ask for them.
• No purchased, rented, or scraped mailing lists.
• No affiliates, resellers, or third parties sending on my behalf. Nobody else is permitted to advertise this website by email or any other message.
• No hidden sender identity: every message comes from a real mailbox on my own domain, authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and includes my postal address.
• No contact with anyone who has asked me to stop.

Opting out

Reply to any message with the single word no, or write “remove” or “unsubscribe” anywhere in your reply. The address is added to a permanent do-not-contact list immediately and automatically, along with the store domain it belongs to. You will not hear from me again, from any of my addresses.

Reporting a problem

If you received a message that does not match this policy, or you believe this website is being advertised by someone else, email abrar@builtbyabrar.com or postmaster@builtbyabrar.com. I read and act on every report.
